Digital Skills Lab – Using Email

This class supports learners in making a professional email account, using email etiquette in order to send a message to met a task, understanding when to utilize common email functions, and managing email account to delete unwanted message, retrieve deleted messages and search for emails. We will also discuss recognizing common characteristics of spam or phishing emails in order to protect personal information.
